The Hertfordshire School Games Organisers have put together a programme of activities to keep young people active during these uncertain times. As families start establishing new routines at home it is vital that young people still have access to resources to develop their physical activity, health and wellbeing.


The Chief Medical Officers recommendation is at least 60 minutes of moderate intensity physical activity a day. In order to reduce the time spent sitting down activity should be spread throughout the day to break up long periods of not moving – you should breathe faster and feel warmer.
